Dr. Jessica Roccard is an expert in adaptation to climate change, and has experience in designing, supervising, implementing, managing projects and programs in Costa Rica and the Region, working as a consultant for public and private institutions, and international cooperation such as the French and German Cooperation, UNEP, the Word Bank, amongst others. She graduated from a PhD in Planning and Environmental Management from the University of Manchester in 2014, and also works as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Costa Rica, investigating and working on climate change adaptation and environmental management
