Climate Lead Group works with governments, multilateral institutions and companies to turn climate analysis into concrete decisions. Our work combines energy and emissions modelling, decarbonisation economics, climate risk analysis and public policy design, using auditable methods and national data.
We have supported NDC processes, long-term strategies, sectoral plans and corporate roadmaps across Latin America and the Caribbean, and we develop our own tools so that organisations can sustain their climate decisions over time.
Structure
The group operates through two legally independent entities.
CRI Costa Rica
Sustainability and decarbonisation consultancy. Delivers the group's technical projects and services for governments, multilateral institutions and companies.
GBR United Kingdom
Not-for-profit organisation registered in England and Wales. Focused on independent research, institutional partnerships and grant-funded work on climate policy.
Both organisations are legally independent entities, with their own governance and financial management. They collaborate where their respective mandates and capabilities align.
