Support and update of the operationalization plan of Jamaica's Long-Term Strategy

In this context, Climate Lead Group (CLG) contributed to updating Jamaica’s LTS Operationalization Plan by integrating the results of the CBA, together with inputs from the National Determined Contribution (NDC) 3.0 and the LTS Investment Plan, to further strengthen policy coherence, institutional coordination, and implementation readiness. The project focused on embedding quantitative and qualitative insights, aligning priorities with national planning frameworks, strengthening governance and coordination arrangements, and enhancing monitoring and stakeholder engagement frameworks to support the effective and sustained implementation of the LTS. In addition to updating the Plan, the project included the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation tool for the LTS.
